About Lonie Donovan
I became interested in photography when I was very young. I got my first camera when I was around 11 years old, it was only an instant Polaroid, but it was more than enough to find out that I really enjoyed taking pictures.
My Mother and Grandmother were both very artistic in their own ways, and have been the source for inspiration throughout my life. They were artists through their drawings, and writings, and I express my artistic side through my camera lens, so that it's not only art, but also life.
I received my Associates of Science Degree in May of 2008, and I'm on course to get my Associates of Art Degree in May of 2009. In my spare time, I am also enrolled with the Statford Career Institute, where I am continueing my education in the field of Photography.
I was born in Crystal River, Fla., but spent most all of my life in Southeast Georgia, where I reside today.
